Raised up at 1,242 feet, Upland is true to its name. A city with more than 65,000 residents in San Bernardino County, California, this area was originally called North Ontario and was part of the city of Ontario which was incorporated in 1891. Breaking away in 1906, the City of Gracious Living stood on its own two feet.
