PERSONAL BACKGROUND:
Minh and Christie are a husband and wife team specializing in Southern California real estate. Being partners in life for the past 14 years, business partners for the last decade, and spouses for the last 8 years, they understand the required trust, perseverance, respect, and dedication needed to build a successful relationship. This is reflected in their commitment to their clients, in which they provide outstanding and professional service in order to maintain a quality relationship with each and every person they work with.
Both Minh and Christie were raised in the San Gabriel Valley, and have been living in Los Angeles County their entire lives. They currently reside in Walnut, California and work in nearby city of Chino Hills. Their upbringing, current place of residence, and current place of work allows them to have thorough knowledge regarding real estate in the areas they serve.
Being parents to 02 beautiful sons, Minh and Christie understand the value of family devotion. They recognize that each household has unique needs and a personalized definition of what they deem a "home". Minh and Christie are passionate about putting their clients' best interest above all else, and they help their clients find the right property by listening to their client's needs, paying attention to detail, and having keen negotiation skills.
Aside from his interest in real estate, Minh is a huge fan of professional motorsports, and he prides himself to be an expert car detailer. If he's not out showing property, holding open houses, knocking on your door, or writing up contracts and offers, you can most likely find him on his driveway washing the car. He is truly a car enthusiast. Christie loves dining and spending time with her girlfriends. She also enjoys step aerobic classes, photography, and anything that includes music and dancing. She has played the piano since the age of 5 and hopes her children will also have the same love for music and art. Together, Minh and Christie love spending time with their 02 boys, and they owe much of their success to the loving support given to them by their families.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Minh is a graduate from California State Polytechnic University Pomona. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. His undergraduate education leaves him well qualified in representing you. He then obtained his Broker's License and is now an associate broker with Century 21 Beachside.
Christie is a graduate from the University of California, Riverside. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience and a minor degree in Journalism. She was then accepted to Western University School of Pharmacy in Pomona, California, but decided that although she loves helping people, pharmaceuticals was not her career path in life. She is now partnered with her husband as a Real Estate Agent and is also a licensed Notary Public.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Minh and Christie are no strangers to providing exceptional service to clients and working with other professionals. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Minh has worked as a financial analyst. He is highly analytical and is capable of performing accurate real estate financial and market analysis for his clients. Christie has over 10 years experience in acting as a liaison between immigration clients and various government agencies. Her work history has allowed her to see first hand that many people immigrate to this country aspiring to have the all-American dream: finding a decent job in order to own a home where they can raise a family. Being accustomed to helping people achieve their dreams, Minh and Christie knew their career path was designed specifically to helping people find a place they can call "home".
